China coal fires
China has the most severe underground coal fires of any country on Earth. The fires, which destroy 20 million tons of coal a year — equivalent to the total annual production of Germany — also are contributing to global warming with the carbon dioxide that comes from the infernos. Additional Info for Mac users: If you do not see video (after clicking 'allow'), do the following:
  1. Click on the blue "gear" icon in the lower right corner to bring up the settings window.
  2. Click on the webcam icon.
  3. If you are using a built in iSight camera, choose USB Video Class Video from the pulldown menu. You should see video immediately.

  4. Click "close" button.
  5. Record! You must record at least ten seconds before you can stop.
